Q: How long will the Hair Straightening last?
A: Treated hair will remain straight forever and will not become curly or wavy again.
New growth that appears in the months following the Straightening will need to be Straightened again.
New growth usually needs to be straightened 3 to 6 months after the initial straightening.
Q: What will my hair look like after the Straightening?
A: Your hair will be straight, shinier and will feel soft and silky.
Q: Will I still need to blow-dry my hair after Straightening?
A: Sometimes yes, but just to get the moisture out.
This usually takes about 4 to 5 minutes instead of 45 minutes!
Some people will not need to blow-dry at all. In most cases, you will not need to brush.
Q: When I get the new growth retreated, would they do all the hair again?
A: No, just the new growth and the transition between Straightened and new growth is treated.
The other hair is protected by using oil or conditioner so the solution will not saturate into
the previously straightened hair. If there is still curl or wave in the previously treated hair or
more than 4month after previous hair straightening, special solution will be applied,
but for a shorter period of time.
Q: I have color in my hair. Will that matter?
A: Tints and semi-permanent hair color that deposits color are not usually any problem at all.
If you have had your hair dyed black in the past, please let your Stylist know as this can sometimes
cause problems.
Q: Can I still get Japanese Hair Straightening even if I have highlights?
A: No, JAL Hair-Team not recommend Shiseido Chemical straightening to Bleached treated hair , Just because Shiseido chemical cream is same power as bleach powder so it is very high risk to get damage and breakage issue , we recommend to do KERASILK Straightening Service (Know as Keratin Smooth Service, Brazilian blowout, Hair Botox etc...)

A. If your hair is wavy, the Kerasilk Keratin Treatment will make your hair appear naturally straight and healthy. If your hair is very curly, it will minimize frizz while enhancing the appearance of the natural wave/curl. If you have straight, frizzy hair, this treatment will eliminate frizz and promote radiant shine.
Q: Can you apply the Kerasilk Keratin Treatment directly on top of other relaxers and strengtheners?
A. Yes. The Kerasilk Keratin Treatment actually works best on chemically treated hair, and helps to improve the hairs condition by fortifying each strand with essential amino acids.
Q: Will my hair lose volume if I receive the Kerasilk Keratin Treatment?
A.YES, your hair will lose volume at early stage. But when you do shampooing times to times , You will see your natural volume again . To make long lasting result for control curl and frizzy , it's better more strong holding and sealing your hair by Keratin Cream , we can do use more soft cream that design for more natural look and volume but it's hard to guarantee for 3~4month long lasting result .
Q: Can you color your hair the same day you receive a Kerasilk Keratin Treatment?
A.Yes, but we recommend do Keratin service first and then make one week gab then do colour just because kerasilk will make your colour 1~2 level fade up so it's no point to do colour first. and for Best result for Kerasilk service , do 5~7days after , it will make better settle for Keratin.
